Rest In Peace Arnold Palmer. Although not much to do with pool (the name Palmer Cues) , he was a great man.

A true icon a fierce competitor that did it with a level of clsss that that's been duplicated by very few , he will be greatly missed RIP Arnies Army salutes

I just heard the very sad news earlier this evening. My 'Life long' Hero as golf was my game. One of a kind true Gentleman. He will never be replaced, and greatly missed by myself and all his 'Army'

And to keep it pool related, golf channel just did a little piece on Arnie's warehouse in Latrobe, PA. Rich Lerner mentioned that one of the artifacts was a pool cue given to him by Jackie Gleason. I'd love to get a look at the cue, let alone the ten thousand clubs.
