I didn't know him well - just the casual talk at Beyond Billiards, mostly on Sundays for the weekly tournament. But the kid was a cool kid. I know everyone speaks highly of people at these times, even when that's not how they feel - but I honestly thought this kid stood out from the crowd, he was a very likable person.
It's tragic that shit like this happens, and it's down right outrageous that it seems that the youthful dead are almost always the good ones.
My heart, in the most sincere way, goes out to everyone who had the privilege of meeting Mark - because if you did meet him at any point in your life I am sure you are hurting from hearing this news.
