Well....I have posted a couple of pictures of this cue before now, but I just received some more progress pictures and I am very excited!!! Let me know what you think!! Yes, everything white except the butt cap is ivory! This cue is almost finished....it will be finished up with a nice leather wrap, two shafts with matching ringwork and ivory ferrules....and I believe custom joint protectors for it also!!

Jerry does amazing work and have had a wonderful experience working with him!!

Thanks! Me either. It absolutely couldn't have been any better and couldn't have been any easier working with Jerry. I know you definitely appreciate his work, so I thank you for your compliment!

NICE! Classic look.
He's hiding something on top of that blank. :)

Thanks! It does have a nice classic look to it. I'm not sure what you mean about hiding something on top of that blank though?

I think there's a tool/jig in there.

I love the box's in the butt sleeve, and the gunsights in the points. Very nice Jerry -R- cue

Thanks! I drew up an idea that had veneered boxes with ivory diamonds....but Jerry said that the diamonds would be quite small....so he suggested going with an ivory box with 4 veneers! We took off the veneers on the barbells to give us extra width on the veneered boxes. It turned out better than I had drawn up, that's for sure! He has been great to work with! This is the design I sent to him:

I didn't think to ask him, he just didn't mention it....PM if you would like. I'm curious? I mean, I can just ask Jerry....probably would make it easier....

It is phenolic....but it is still a sold ivory joint. It's basically so he can spin the cue without putting pressure on the ivory itself.

I bet it has a nice nice hit.
