RA Custom Cue????

I ran across this cue being sold and I'm trying to find out the cue makers name. I've got the "Blue Book of Pool Cues 3rd Edition" and the only thing of interest in it was a cue maker named Richard Amos of Amos Custom Cues out of Illinois, but there was no information about him except his name and address. No pictures of any of his cues. I didn't see anyone else in the book that may have used the initials RA to sign their cues. I attached a pic of the cue. Let me know if you may have some clue who made it. Thanks again

Anderson just uses a 'A' on his butt cap.

Probably need to show the markings on the cue vs. the sales tag - that would be more helpful I'd guess in case someone recognizes the markings.
