You're right I did mean parity. I do the same thing with practice and practise. Honestly though it might seem like a small thing, and I wouldn't be able to tell if someone manipulated the rack or not, but if a complaint is made often enough, it may be worth considering. It seems that a simple remedy might be to lift the rack and leave as it is.
