Does anyone know of the business referenced above belonging to a Kevin M. Kubala? Business listed at 5845 University Blvd W. Jacksonville, FL 32216 Trying to reach the number (904 994-1533) on the packing slip but to no avail.

In addition, he also owned or operated a place called University Billiards & Grill (at the same location) that is no longer in business.

Google Maps/Streets shows a strip mall at that address, "cruised" parking lot and University Blvd. Saw no business of that name in the neighbor. hood.. I'm on lunch and bored.
 
they made really nice affordable sneakies, wish i kept mine.

dont even see them up for sale even and they made alot of em
