I believe this is a Jacoby Radial pin shaft around 12.7 with what looks like an Everest or another layered Med-Med/Hard tip.
I purchased it new from their booth in Vegas and ended up selling the cue I had bought it for. It's in great condition, very little to no blueing on the shaft. Tip still has plenty of life. Plain black collar.
New from Jacoby are around 130. Asking 85 Shipped and insured in CONUS.
