I hate to raffle it off, but I'm getting rid of everything but one playing cue and one J/B cue.

This is a practically new 2008 Pat Diveney Ebony sneaky. It has some of the greatest looking curly maple I've ever seen in the forearm, and four sterling silver rings. The total raffle price is right about what I paid for it.

I took delivery of this cue in mid-July and it's been my backup player ever since, meaning it's seen very little use. There are no dings or any other signs of wear that I can tell, except the shaft is perhaps showing very slight signs of chalk coloring. Everything is straight.

The points aren't dead even, but they are very close--three of them are essentially even, and one is maybe 2mm longer than the others.

Just bumping it up. If people are concerned about the negative iTrader, here's what happened:

Sent cue to the guy. He says it's great and leaves positive iTrader, and I do, too. Then like three days later he decides the shaft is warped. Nevermind the fact that he could have done who knows what to it in that meantime, heck just being in humid georgia could have done it (and for all I knew, he was just saying that because he wanted a new shaft for whatever reason, doesn't like 12.3mm shafts for example). I offer him a deal that would split the cost of a new shaft, and actually ends up being me paying more like 2/3 of the cost, since the cuemaker that he insulted to me in private is a standup guy and offered him a discount.

He agrees to the deal and I think everything is fine until two months later when I say some honest things about a friend of his that he finds to be less than complimentary. In retaliation he suddenly decides to leave negative iTrader feedback, which is of course also very misleading because "shaved down" really means "when I bought the cue I requested a 12.3mm shaft from the cue-maker" but I guess he'd rather give the impression I whittled it down with a pocket knife or something.

So yeah in short I give the guy a partial refund that many cuemakers wouldn't even do (complain about warpage three days later?) he agrees to the deal (if he didn't like it maybe he could have said something then?) and then suddenly he gets mad *two months later* and decides he really doesn't like the deal, ie, he needed some way of getting back at me for what he perceived as an insult to his buddy. I really don't think I did anything wrong, in fact went too far trying to help the guy out who was nothing short of rude and insulting to me the entire time...

Anyways, I understand people might be cautious, but I just encourage everyone to read all the other positive feedback I've received and recognize that the negative isn't an accurate representation of myself or how I do business, rather just the result of dealing with one off-kilter guy.

I believe there might be different radial-size pins, so I can't tell you for sure what this is. It fits the standard radial-pin JPs fine. Maybe someone else can help compare your predator with radial pins?
