It just dawned on me-What an unbelievably astounding record that is!!

400 plus man tournaments-the best players in the World-short races to 7!! and Ralf wins 3 of 5??? I have to think this might be more impressive/difficult than Earl's 5 Open titles.

Ralf is playing great this year and might make it 4 of 6, That would earn him Player of the Decade IMO! G0 Ralf!
 
Ralf's probably the most consistent player out there....I wouldn't be surprised if he pulled it off again this year!

edit: looking at the past dcc champions, i couldn't help but notice that efren's won the 1pocket 5 times (4-in-a-row from 2004-2007) and the master of the table 4 times (no other player has repeated).

incidentally, how IS efren doing this year?? haven't heard much about him this time around....

No good-out of the 9 ball last night. He was missing a lot. I dont think he is in the top 10 for the ALL Around. I think maybe he should retire now and take a position promoting the game somewhere.
