THIS IS A VERY NICE OLDER SCHON CUE. BUTT WEIGHS 15.5 OUNCES, AND THE SHAFT IS 4.0 OUNCES, AND 13.1MM. COMES WITH ONE SHAFT, THE OTHER SHAFT IN THE PICTURE OF THE BUTT GOES WITH ANOTHER CUE. THIS RARE FIND IS NEW AND UNPLAYED. BELOW IS AN E-MAIL THAT I RECEIVED FROM EVAN CLARK REGARDING THIS CUE.

"Hi,
It is fairly rare, but it is not that old, maybe 10 years and it is a C16.
This sold for about $2000.00 and I only built about 10-15 of them..
Newer is better, If I could not make better cues now than I could 25
years ago, I would close the place...Evan Clarke"

SO THERE YOU HAVE IT, TEN YEARS AGO IT WAS $2000.00. THIS ONE IS STILL NEW AND UNPLAYED, LIKE IT WAS JUST DELIVERED.

ASKING 1200.00 FOR THIS RARE FIND.

GOOD POINT CHRIS, I DON'T THINK I'VE SEEN ANOTHER SCHON EITHER WITH SNAKEWOOD IN IT.

yeah.. i took the time and counted once... 36 ivory inlays, 11 snakewood boxes.... the cue is pretty remarkable..

I THINK YOU MAY HAVE TO MUCH TIME ON YOU HANDS. BUT MAYBE NOT, YOU DIDN'T COUNT ALL THE EBONY INLAYS THE MAKE UP THE DOTS ON THE DICE. EACH PAIR ADDS UP TO LUCKY NUMBER 7 SO THAT MAKES EM EASY TO COUNT UP. HAD YOU NOTICED THAT EACH PAIR WAS A 7?

yes.. acually i did notice each set of dice added up to 7.. and your right.. i didnt count the dotts.. :( i never thought of that...

you would think they would be easy to count up.. without seeing the cue..very hard.. because yes.. all pairs equal 7.. but the forearm dice all share a set of numbers so you will need to know what they are so you can adjust for them...
just by doing the quick math and guessing on the combinations not in the picture by determining they equal 7... being that there is 24 indivual dice.. i would say there is 83 individual ebony dots inlayed in all of the dice...

now you will have to count them to see if i am right! :)
