Rasson Table owners? any regrets?

As Rasson's have started to make their way into rooms over the past few years, I'm seriously considering upgrading my current home table to a Rasson Challenger,

I play on these at a local room and find them to play as well as Diamonds

my local dealer offers Rasson and Diamond and can get me the Rasson at a better price without the massive wait time

I'm concerned that the initial install will be far more difficult that a Diamond and I might be subject to frequent follow up visits over time to re-adjust as required

Also slightly concerned over longevity as we know Diamonds are tanks built to last, and proven

appreciate any feedback

I have a Rasson Victory 2, purchased new and installed by Billiards of Idaho on 5/7. Jeff and his Mechanic did a great job. Jeff and his wife Carla Jean own a V2 as well and said, their table has not needed adjusting, since it’s installation. Readjusting the table after it sits for a while, was one of my first questions before purchasing the table. Jeff said, this table will not need to be adjusted.
The tables installation time was about 5 hours. There has been no loose parts, or hardware found on the floor do to vibration. Two weeks after installation, the dirt roads in our community were serviced. Which included adding gravel and compacting with a vibrating roller. The table survived, still level and in one piece, just like the first day it was assembled.
A month into ownership of my Rasson table. There has been no issues with the construction or play on the table.
It’s a modern looking table, which may not fit into everyone’s style.
Would I purchase a Diamond billiard table? Sure, if I could of found one without a long wait time for delivery, installation and find a dealer that could send me a shipping quote to Idaho.
No regrets.

Are you close to Coeur d’ Alene?

I guess I got lucky or maybe because I just got the black one that you see the most of but I had no wait. I told my local installer I was looking for a diamond and a week later he said he had 3 coming and do I want one 🤷🏻‍♂️

As far as rasson goes after being at the expo and seeing and playing on them I prefer my diamond but I would take the rasson over the predator table anytime.
There is a waiting list for a reason. Don't settle. You won't regret it.

The group of halls I play at are in the process of renovating their halls to host MR events in the future. I posted previously about their one store out of downtown being fully equipped with Rasson tables (replacing the Aileex and Diamonds that were there before). They are the black tables for the majority, some white ones and also the Grey Mr. Sung branded ones. Also Chinese-8 Rasson tables. The only thing not Rasson, are their snooker tables.
The store I play at is getting dressed up with 40 of them in August. The other remaining store not long after that.
Play as good as anything I have played on. I like them.

I own a 9ft rasson ox. I bought it because I didn’t want to wait on a diamond and in my opinion is a better looking table than the diamond. I’ve had it a a little over a year and no problems. Honestly it plays more like a good crown and I don’t like the bouncy rails on diamond
