I don't know what Deacon was talking about that the SLC are not as good.It is a fact that Ray had gone into a partnership in a business and hand signed,not hand made,the Sculer cues while he was still alive.His early cues were hand made by him personally but after he went into the business,they were hand-made by numerous different people with the same quality aspects that Ray demanded.The same people that made the cues then, makes them now and the only difference is that Ray has not personally signed it.I hope this clears up any confusion about these great hitting and finely made cues.
