This reminds me of golfers that sit at the bar after 18 holes and go through every hole shot by shot.

Just one shot/situation. The thread was helpful. Got what I needed eventually

Your opponent did not have the skill to force you to shoot. He allowed you to continually push out to purposefully scratch.

All I am trying to tell you is don't think this particular outcome is going to happen everytime in the same situation. Someone is going to make you play a damn good return safety or you are going to lose the game.

Subjective nature of a situational game. In this situation, should have had a rerack.

I’m sure there’s numerous things that could have happened with better players at the table
