I'm trying to find at your motivation so I can give an informed answer.
If you going to do like a tip a year then there are many ways to do it by hand and get 'pro' results.
If you are doing a couple a week or more then your need for equiptment changes drastically.
If you don't have an answer for either then I won't waste my time tring to give you detailed answers to both.
