Can anyone guess who this house and empty basement belonged to? This house sold for $217,000 in 2012 (cheap by Bay Area standards anyway). Just curious

I had to look it up, but, probably would have been my first off-the-cuff guess. Although, appears to have been the son?

Yeah he died in 1993 so the son probably inherited it, then sold in 2010.
