Everyone,

I am Bomber and I very seldom post but I really enjoy this board. I hate to see such great pool minds arguing so much. Also, I hate to see so many ignorant posts on here as of late. It is so silly. This is still the best billiards forum on the internet and I love being a part of it (even if I am just a lurker). Lets try to keep things as positive as possible. We must realize that everyone is entitled to their opinion and we also need to remember to not post stupid stuff. Just my two cents worth. Thanks for all the knowledge over the years. There are many great pool minds on this forum.

Sometimes the topics are very near and dear to our hearts on the forum, and the opinions come out of the woodwork. You are right, though, in that there are many great pool minds on this forum. I have learned a great deal and plan on sticking around, and I hope you do the same. AzBilliards is the BEST game in town, with plenty of ACTION! :p

I have only frequented AZ for about a month now, and find it extremely informative, and am greatful to all for their insight. In my neck of the woods (southwest Louisiana), there are only about 5 people who know more than 3 custom cuemakers, period.

It is really nice to be able to "speak" with so many who are avid collectors and also know their way around a table.

I have seen a few silly posts, but for the most part, as a knowledgeable player and cue collector (although small), I think many of the questionable posts are from novice players who genuinely want to improve and don't have anyone in their areas willing to invest the time to explain things to them. This site would be invaluable for such a person.

I think, when it comes to downright insults on a personal basis, there is no room on this forum for it, however, many posts ask for opinions, and you have to read them as just that. I've heard someone post that you have to treat this like a TV channel. If you don't like the program you can change it. Getting away from a bad thread is only a mouse click away!

This is and should be an interactive forum. Jump in more often because we need participation from all our members to make this a more dynamic forum. Good post. Keep it up!

But this board is the best show going! Better than The Guiding Light! Drama, Drama, Drama! I suspect the board mimics the social atmosphere of most local pool rooms. I know it does ours! lol

Yeh, that's all well and nice but rather than just sit back and pontificate about it...how about stepping up to the plate and doing something when it occurs. Hell, do it to me if you want. But here's a good example right here:

Here's an absolute shit for brains that has a total of 8 posts and came out of the woodwork to STALK ME on his first 3 posts with NOTHING to say pool related. He came on another thread that I started about shaft flex today. The other 4 posts are equally worthless.

Where are all the bitc*ers and whining do-gooders when a total moron like this comes out from under the rock? Jump his ass!! I get sick of it! All of you can do it at any time...don't be bashful now. Otherwise, we don't need these kinds of threads.
