I think the shorter points should be shorter and have ivory inlays at the points in my opinion.
That is a good idea it would balance the look of the cue better.

Good call Duke. I think some white in the forearm would compliment all the white that is in the butt and help with some balance. But overall it's a beautiful cue.

I like the way you blocked the bottom of the points and made them 'triangles' instead of just running it into the wrap. Nice unique touch.

Me personally...I like the points the way they are...I just think the butt needs to be less busy. I really love the ringwork though!

Curly Koa or a nice light shade of Burl similar to a maple burl handle might compliment the copper.

Thanks, that part was a little tricky I had to think for a bit about how I was going to do it.

I think if I were to use an exposed handle I would use the same wood as I used in the center of the points.

CC,
I think it is a great cue like it is (but i agree with some that wrapless would be a little better.)
I like the the way you did the tall points. It really makes it stand out.
Great work.

I usually like my rings a bit thinner, not so thick. Maybe the blocks could be a bit smaller. I like them smaller so they don't detract the attention from the other parts of the cue.

I like to do my check rings proportionate to the taper of the cue so they get wider as you go down the cue.
