They are red on the caps and black in the middle and gives a unique layered appearance.
They are 50 cents each, 20 for $5 or 50 for $10 plus $2 for envelope and postage in the USA. If you want insurance add another $2. If you are making any other kind of order with me they will ship for free along with your order.
