Red Label Diamond Bolts?

I am assembling a 9' Diamond Professional. The box of hardware includes these two bolts. I am not finding a place for them.

Can anyone tell me where they are used?

Can anyone tell me where they are used?

There should be 4 of them, they're used to bolt the down angle corner blocks on each corner of the rails so the side skirts can be mounted to them.

Of course! The other two are still in the blocks.
