Does anyone know where I can find a reference chart for various pin sizes? Major minor etc...

As far as I know it has not been compiled. So I think you are right that a complete list does not exist.

No hating on anybody, but does anyone in the cuemaking world write anything down and make a set of reference points? I can find charts for every screw known to man. Forget about the cue world though. Seems strange.
