What do cue makers mean when they say refinish cue? I have an older cue that was a gift and I would like to restore it.

It depends on what your cue needs. For me, a re-finish is cosmetic. New clearcoat, wrap, etc. If other repairs are needed(ferrules, rings) they are extra. I'd say that most would charge between $75 and $200..

Be careful with the older cues. Some may be more valuable if left as is.. Good Luck.
