Refinish

I need some help from the great people on this forum. I have a 1981 Richard Black, from his Las Vegas series. It is sign and dated on the forearm. I was looking for some good quality refinishers. This cue does have some damage and I'm hoping to get it back to its original state if its possible. Thank you all for your help....................................
