Bud it depends on the stream. I rarely refresh but I do keep my cache and history clean when I am watching the streams.

Hit the refresh button on the web browser, it should be F5.

I think you mean Ctrl and F4 :killingme:

Put your cursor on it and a box will pop up:
"Reload current page"
