Removing chalk marks

I had Simonis green 300 rapid cloth instaled on my carom table. Made the mistake of using green master chalk. It left marks from the cue tips on the cloth that won't come out. Switched to blue master chalk and had no problem with it leaving marks. Any way I can get the marks from the green chalk out? Have tryed brushing, vacuming, and rubbing with a damp cloth.

Use a chalk blackboard eraser to rub out the chalk marks, works great
