Removing Diamond Smart table leather pockets

In steps, how are the black dyed leather pockets removed ?
How hard is it to put in the same pockets that are undyed ? Are there any tips or tricks to reinstalling them ?

1) Unbolt and drop the skirts in one piece. Make sure you have one person on each end when you take the bolts out so you don't drop it.

2) Unbolt the rails from the table, and again with two people, flip the rail assembly over.

3) There are 4 small screws in each pocket. When you put the new pockets back in, get the pocket positioned first, then be careful you start each screw by hand first, because they are fairly easy to strip out.

4) Flips the rails, and make sure you center and square the rail assembly to the pocket openings before you tighten the rail bolts.

5) Pick the skirt assembly back up and bolt it in. There are dowels to help you line it back up.
