Removing Scratches on a Diamond Professional Table

I have a 9' Diamond Professional in black oak. Over time, it has gotten a lot of tiny scratches all over the place. Does anyone have any suggestions on the best method to get rid of these scratches?

Is it Dynawood rails? Glen (RKC) told me you can use rubbing compound and buff them out. Mine is the rosewood not the black, I have not tried it but I will next time I recover it.

It is oak and not dymondwood. I emailed Diamond about it and they never emailed back.

You can use some steel wool to rub out the scratches, but your next question is going to be how do you refinish the rails, because you're going to lose the finish to get rid of the scratches....and sir, that is not a Diamond problem, as they have no control over what happens to the rails after they've reached the location they're being shipped to, not trying to be rude, but the sales people don't deal with these kinds of problems.

Thanks for the tip. After I use steel wool to remove the scratches, could I just put a polyurethane coating afterwards?

I understand it's not a Diamond problem and I never meant to imply that it was. I only emailed them to see if they can provide any courtesy tips. I fully understand they're under no obligation to.

So what

About a brand new (4 weeks )old that that are showing minor scratches on the
painted oak.It seems like the paint might not have been cured enough??I am not looking forward to what my investment may look like in the months to come
