Renaissance wax vs Martin Guitar polish

Used to get 99% iso at the pharmacy, no more. Denatured alcohol is cheap and all over the place but it's got that poison stigma.

Once you apply the wax, what do you use to buff?

Have you tried carnauba wax? How does it compare?

Organic beeswax is the cleanest and smoothest feeling

Carnauba can get tacky again

I've used Martin polish to clean up polish the butt end of the cue. I maybe do it once a year. I wouldn't touch a shaft with it.

I've been recently using renaissance wax on my tips for burnishing purposes, but i'm seeing that as being useless. A scrap piece of leather does the same thing.
