Replacement Ferrule for 1st Gen 314

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement ferrule for a 1st generation Predator shaft? Is it even possible?

I'm asking because I had a crack in my ferrule, and had a cuemaker replace it, but it completely changed the deflection properties of the shaft, so I'm looking for an original ferrule or something that would play similar. Or would I be better off just shopping around for another 1st gen shaft?

I have heard that Seybert's is an authorized Predator repair facility. Give them a call.

I had a replacement done on mine with Juma and it hits great. I think you have to make sure whoever does the replacement only replaces the ferrule and doesn't try to chop it and stick a dowel in the end. I would think this would change the properties immensely.
