Rewrap Advice for AE Titlist

I managed to ding my leather wrap on my AE titlist, so am thinking of getting it rewrapped.

I’m open to suggestions on material (linen or leather) and color. Looked at a lot of titlist cues for examples, but what do you all suggest?

Thanks!

Gave it a shot but not my best work but all I have time for at the moment.

If you can take it to a cue maker yourself, and assuming they have several flavors of wrap, see what the recommend or what you like. The colors can vary slightly on any dyed material. This sample I found is a bit green compared with other white with green speck linen I've seen.

Anyway, wanted to see if I could help visualize, but it's marginal. I sort of like the leather wrap, anyway.

For linen I would send it to Pechauer and have the original Cortland #9 put on. For leather I would have smooth black put on. Kind of what it came with actually. The Titlist cues look good with wraps similar to those being used back in their day. I think the only reason to use a Titlist in the first place is to give a modern cue a classic look.

Thank you all for the replies - all great suggestions! I love the white and green linen look too.
A buddy of mine has a beautiful Diveney titlist with almost identical points and veneers with a brown elephant ear wrap. We held my cue up next to it and thought that wrap would look awesome on my cue so I think I’ll try to do one of those. Will share pictures once it’s done.
