Richard black anniversary cues. What are they worth?

I decided not to order the cue so didn't ask. He has a guy that does the repair work though.

Scott Gilmore. I have one of his cues, and it plays very similar to my '87 Bushka Richard made. I ordered 3 more to have for guests, but they are all in progress at the moment.
