" I have drastically reduced the number of cues I make a year (because of advancing years and not so great health)- but will only retire when I lose either my eye sight or my health. I love what I do and have even MORE passion for it today than when I started. Hopefully I will have another ten years left to create. "

He's still making cues. As a matter of fact, he just recently got a new machine & is looking forward to trying some new stuff with it. He was a bit sidelined after the hurricane due to not having power for awhile.

I've spoke with richard via e-mail, He's (70) Richard will be working on my cue very soon,his Japanese orders are his back up.(He's almost caught up) and he is training 2 others. I asked Richard if he was going to be at the Hopkins Expo, He said heck no he got food Posioning at the expo or the derby- I can't remember which. Richards Shop is fabulious,his home too is on the lake. I was there 14 yrs. ago , He showed me his wears then and I am looking forward to doing it again. Just look in the Blue BKs, Billiards Encycopedia there are many fabulous pictures of cues. Mark
