I pulled the bumper (which shaved 1/4 oz off the weight alone, lol) and there is an allen bolt that I could see.

I can honestly say that this cue does not feel like a 19.7 oz cue. It balances nicely, and feels lighter. It does have an extremely solid hit to it, so I would say it's deceptively heavy.

The wrap is hands down the nicest I've seen, and has the best feel of any wrap I've tried. Elephant is extremely expensive ($300+), but it is also extremely durable. Plus it really dresses up the cue and brings out the rich black grain in the cocobolo!
