Handsomely appointed, great condition and awesome hitting cue by Rick Howard.

Southwest style ring work with ebony, stained maple and not sure, but I believe blond wood is amboyna burl.
29 in butt at 15.13 oz with a 3/8x11 pin and each shaft is 29 inches with Zan tips both at 3.91 oz, one at approx 12.96 mm and other at approx 12.65mm with matching ring work and very, very slight roll.
Black Spanish bull leather wrap.

I wish it were wrapless.
Rick Howard makes his returns the way Gus did them years ago by boxing them one long one short. He learned how to build when he was top 50 in the world and the top player in Chicago where all the builders would welcome him into their shop. He learned well.
Rick builds a cue the same way Dennis Searing builds his cues structurally.
Dennis told me that. He would know.
I asked Dennis when he met Rick did Rick put him in the electric chair. He did.
