My new Phillippi cue by Rick.
Last year while I was in US I had the honor of meeting in person with Rick at his shop, having the chance to watch live a great cue craftsman and a great person working.
We talked quite a lot on cues and then we chose together the materials and we finalized all functional details and design for this cue.
I wanted a delicate twist of a Hoppe style of a player with a few added traditional style inlays, and I’m more than pleased with the result, both in looks and playability. Cue comes with two shafts and a matching extension.
Rick was kind enough to sign the cue inside the Hoppe ring per my request.
The whole process of having this cue made for me was great, including updates and providing a letter of certification.
I’m really grateful for this cue, and thought I would share Rick’s work on this one with fellow cue fans.
