Rimaine's in Milwaukee ...

Working up here in Wisconsin so I dropped in Romaine's this weekend.

I was very impressed.
Romine's is a pool hall mecca!
They are HUGE and even have a Mexican restaurant wih top notch Tex-Mex food. I can see people going there just for the food.

The Pro section had several high end Schon cues on the rack along with other brands for sale.
It takes all my will power to resist buying a new cue every time I see one I like.
Met Terry Jr and showed him the acrylic and Lexan cues I made ... (I dont think he was very impressed) and he brought out an Ebony Schon cue he made that had so much ivory inlay on it all there was of the Ebony was black lines.
WoW ... I put my plastic cues away.

Would really like to visit Schon's shop and a few of the others that are up in this area before I leave for home.
I really enjoy seeing other shop setup's and talking cue making.

Glad you had a good time. I was there but don't know if we crossed paths. Heck I almost almost always there. Schon BTW is pronounced Shoon. It's a German word meaning beauty. Also it's Romine's but I can't spell worth a lick either.
They do have good food and on Fridays the fish fry is outstanding. Their staff is excellent also.
Terry is a very solid player BTW. Comes from being in the business his whole life.

Wish I had more time to spend there ... it is a world class hall.

Here it is Sunday Morning and I am thinking of going to KK Billiards on main street in Green Bay to play some pool.
