Ring Collar Buzz

I have a Huebler cue that has a "Buzz" sound when the cue ball is hit hard. It is annoying and I was told it was the ring collar. I gave it to someone and he unwrapped a few inches of the irish linen wrap, drilled a small hole in the butt and injected wood glue into the hole, turned the cue round and round to spread the glue. It seemed good but it is back. He said it might be in the upper portion of the butt above the wrap. Does anyone know who can fix it? Phone number and cost? Thank you

My first thought is a loose pin in the A-joint. The glue bond has deteriorated.
Hold the cue in one hand (middle of the wrap) and strike against the heel of your other hand. If the same noise is made, then my suspicions are confirmed.
Take the cue, lean it against a wall, and stomp the hell out of it with your foot. The buzzing sound should go away.

Just kidding! Your cue is definitely fixable. Take it to your friendly neighborhood cue repair person for a look-see. Tell them Tramp, sent you.
