I purchased a supposedly Tim Scruggs shaft from this guy on eBay. His email is: jr0996@aol.com. First he lied to me 3 times when it was sent. When I finally got it, what a piece of junk. I am not exaggerating, it was so rough, you almost got splinters in your hand from it. The brass insert had wood around it and stuck out further than any Scruggs shaft I ever saw. The base of the shaft was black with a cheap aluminum ring inserted in it. Not ever close to the nickel ring Tim uses. Then I returned it and he tells me no returns as stated in the auction. I told him, the shaft was so misrepresented the was BS not returns. Now it is with Paypal and I am sure I will take a beating there as well. Just heads up on this guy. What a fraud and a lier he turned out to be....

Final Update....
Paypal came through and I got ALL my money back...
Sometimes Miracles Do Happen......
