Yes, Scotland recently sold Glasgow to Poland to help reduce England's national debt but the deal is still up in the air because Poland claims that the shipping charges to send Glasgow to Poland were included in the purchase price.

In other World News , it has been said that Canada strongly protests against
the U.N. giving North Dakota to the Palestinians as their new homeland. Additionally ,there is strong resistance from the Palestinians , who say they want Hawaii. President Obama has informed the media that he is unaware of either proposal. :smilewinkgrin:
