Ripped Off??

I did not have a debit card on file with paypal (cannot verify card today) which will transfer immediately,it will take 3-5 days for a bank transfer.How do you want me to do it?

Bank transfer will work. I would like to see some progress on this today. So a bank transfer will start that process and progress.
 
Ok now that refund is sent so that everyone that thinks I was in the wrong here, here is the rest of story...... You notice buyer never disputed that only 1" of about .01-.015 of light showed under shaft when rolled,it now is .04 over 13" under the taper with a warp over 7" long.Cue was packaged in platic sleeve that I recieved cue in from Jamie plus wrapped in bubble wrap.So from what I have been told the USPS must have worked cue over.Shaft is basically junk as a break shaft so yes cue is worth maybe $200.As I have been taught always do the right thing and whoever did wrong will reap what he sows.

I will not go back and forth with you on this. You admitted in a previous statement that you noticed the cue was warped before you sent it to me. So I got the cue noticed what you didnt disclose and requested a refund. You then claimed I burnished the shaft, which I did not. You tried to make a deal, I refused stating I wanted a full refund. Which is in the progress.

Who told you USPS worked over the cue? I surely did not. Did USPS take the cue out and break a few racks with it?

Do I need to mention the pm's I have received because other people asked you about the straightness of the cue and the nasty responses you sent them?

Sorry I am going to amend my previous statement. I will go back and forth on one more thing. You are right I never disputed the cue was warped from when I received it.I didnt take out a ruler and measure the warpage. I shouldnt have to, if its not straight its not straight. I will not play the numbers game. Except when it comes to getting my refund of the purchase price. But you are telling me the cue in the 3 days I had it warped 7 inches more if I am understanding your accussation correctly? Or even the .025 difference from the .01-.015 you are stating.

I am no cuemaker or wood specialist but for a shaft to move that much in 4 days? mmmmmm

Once I receive the actual funds in my paypal account and not just a notice of a transfer then I will let everyone know.
