Here is a picture of a cue built by Steve Hebert. Steve built cues in Ft. Worth Tx. a few years ago. He know lives in Oregon and is building cues again. This cue was built for Rodney Morris. Its the cue he used in The U.S Open.
The cue has Water Buffalo butt cap with Stag horn rings, Leather wrap and Water Buffalo joint. The shaft which is not shown has a Water Buffalo ferrule. For some people that have not heard of Steve he is listed in The Blue Book of cues.
