Rogue CF shaft

I recently switched to a Rogue CF shaft from an LD maple shaft (Samsara TrueShaft). I love the way the Rogue plays but it squeaks through my bridge and is less smooth than I expected. Has anyone else experienced this? Any remedies?

Might get more productive replies in the cue & shaft review thread.
Most will encourage you to buy a pool glove if having issues. Doing anything physical to your shaft might void the warranty or damage it.
