Roller Bridge Attaches to Cue

I bought a roller bridge that attaches to shooting cues for long reach shots. It probably wouldn't help for long-reach over the ball shots, but it does work pretty well just for reach. Has anyone used these in tournaments or leagues and are they legal? Our local league has no specific rule for bridges, but I wouldn't play with it if it was considered illegal by the major leagues. Any thoughts?

If this is what you are talking about, it says it is approved for use by both APA and BCA pllo leagues.
