Anyone have any dealings with this guy, he purchased a porper from me on ebay over a month ago. the money was on the way 4 times....its not here yet. BEWARE of dealing with this guy he doesn't follow thru. Now I cant even get an answer from him, so its safe to say im not going to get paid..I should have looked him up here first....seems as though he has a very shady past.

How us this possible? PayPal is instant. If you shipped it before you got the funds, how should I put this?

How is that possible. I've sold HUNDREDS of stuff on Ebay, and never got screwed. Of course, I've never shipped one single item without payment in hand first, that always helps.
 
I can only think of mean things to say so I will refrain from them. Too bad your sale didn't go through- I hope you make your $30 elsewhere.
 
Since I'm assuming you didn't ship anything, you should just file non-payment with Ebay to get your fees back....if it's not too late. I've sold tons on ebay and have filed for non-payment 100's of times, but it's still a tiny percentage of my sales. Not that unusual. You may have waited too long, in fact I'm sure you did, which is too bad. I give usually give about 5 days to pay before filing for non-payment. It puts you on record and makes it easy to get fees refunded.
Anyway thanks for reminding me...I have to close a couple non-payment cases tonight.
 
I didn't ship it without being paid, he had a better reason every time I talked to him. I have sold hundreds of things on ebay this is the worst I have ever had.
thanks for the advice, im taking from some of the comments, some of you guys know him.
 
If you didn't ship it, what's the problem? If you didn't get the paypal funds in 2 days, end of story.

Take the time and call ebay and once you have them on the phone, have them walk you through setting up and enabling the ebay auto collector. Ebay does all the dirty work and if something is not paid, they give you the fees back and put a non payment of item on the buyer. It helps everyone else from going through the same thing.
Then, have ebay help you setup or use your block bidder area and that person will not again be able to place a bid on any of your sales.
