Most Ron Thomas cases have a friction fit, this is one of them.

Ron makes two types of "friction fit".One type has the inside thing like a button that falls into a recess.Or as I call it,the interior button thingy.When I spoke to Ron,he told me that when he finds a set with a really tight "natural fit" he doesn't use any latch at all.I have had as many as 15 of his cases and the 3 I have now,I have,outside latch (like Fellini),Inside the lid "button thingy",and a NO latch,a straight up friction fit.Thanks and GLWYS
