Does anyone know if Mr. Thomas is still taking orders? Also, can you order through him directly or would you have to go through a dealer like IndyQ? Thanks.

Thanks pbat. I figured that might be the case. I have the number, he's just too busy to answer it. 
Also, I was kind of concerned about IndyQ because a lot of people don't like him from what I hear. Doesn't bother me as long as I can get my Thomas.

I guess I did have the wrong phone#. I just spoke with him a few hours ago. Really nice guy to work with. He even gave me his cell to call him on the weekend. With customer service like that, I'd spend some good money for a 1x2 from him. Thanks for the help guys.

I ordered a whitten from IndyQ and had a great experience. Roy was very responsive and professional to deal with. I would not hesitate to order from him, and probably will do so again. IME, YMMV

You are right, I would pay $100,000 more for the cue case than to have to even deal with Roy Malott for 1 second.

I didn't pay above list. I probably paid more than some cases go for on ebay, but I know what I paid and no, I didn't get ripped off for shipping. Like I said, my experience was fine. Roy answered a bunch of questions and I got exactly what I wanted for a price I was fine with.

To everyone else, if you are interested in a "It's George/Fellini" style case I would recommend dealing with Ron Thomas or Sam Engles (waiting fro my case as we speak) who are currently making those style cases.
