Hi Guys,

Does anyone know if Ron Thomas is still active and making Cue Cases?

Does anyone have his contact information?

Thanks, for your assistance.

I ordered some a year or more ago, and never was contacted again
1. You placed an order?
2. Did you receive your case or cases?
3. If you did not receive a case. Did you pay anything up front?

I have a old number that is not working.

Ordered 3 or 4 cases, said he had a few other orders to fill first, think they were supposed to be done by last fall, never heard back.

If Ron Thomas is not currently building cases. What current Builders are good quality choices?

I like the Ron Thomas and Its George style. But open to other styles.

Thanks, I remember the GTF being in the Fellini style design. Is that correct?

Believe GTF was short for It George, Fellini, Thomas, collaboration.

You sure on that? My memory is not as good as it once was but I could have sworn Ron told me he was approached about that and declined.

Well the Case were made by JBCases, for Roy Mallot of IndyQ.

Maybe would ahold be inspired by three designs, and collaborated in to Roy’s Cases.

Roy is deceased, but I do know he wholesaled his GTF’s to many retailers.

Believe Vinnie bought up the last GTF’s from Roy’s estate.

I liked the classic and clean lines.

Some have Lock n Key, like Fellini, some are friction fit like Ron did. Ron incorporated Bud or Button on his friction fits.

Also when JBCases built the GTF’s he wrapped fabric on top of Make End for additional protection.

I have some GTF’s they are great.
