Said he'd learned a lot and was satisfied with his display.

He also said the other players were "good but not great" and said his "genuine aim" was to win a tournament and he was determined to stick it out.

He did look like he genuinely loved playing 8-ball - got to be great news for the IPT.

yep. some sceptics might have a say about him stating the others are "not great"..but before all those comments come in...remember that he(ronnie) did not expect to do this well...and expected the "Pool Pros" to really kick his ***...but they did not.

He mentioned he didnt think he would go to Reno..but now..after these few days..he says he will! (somebody please give him a crash course in BREAKING!)

spoken like a true champion with confidence & determination (NOT air) and with a goal..not just for money but to win one of these IPT tournaments. ("Thats where I get my BUZZ!" Ronnie says)

Can't give him a crash course in breaking but we did give him a break cue. :-)

Seemingly he broke a cue in half, a couple of days ago (dont know if it was playing cue or break cue) he was so frustrated with the game. But now he says he can't wait for 'Reno'. His goal is to win a tournament this year. But he also said he reckons it will take 6 months to a year to get to the finals of tournaments. And probably 2 years to be a serious contender.

Well, I hope it wasn't the one I sent him :-( That was my personal one, since we are out right now.
