In my pool room under construction, I will be placing a 9 ft table in a room with inside measurements of 16' 10" by 24' 10'.
The 'space required' for a 9 ft table in everyone's charts is 14' 6" by 19'.
(playing area + 2 cue lengths for length, and for width)
Since I have more space in the room to give the pool table if I need it, I wanted to know if the 14' 6" by 19' allotment would be crowded at all, or if this is a good, comfortable allowance for the table?
(to be clear, no shelves, racks, chairs, or anything at all within the 14' 6" by 19' allotment)
Thanks!
