hi,

These are parts of my project cnc that finally I have not used and that I would like to sell, all new, never used 100%:

1) Router Spindle for inlays
(Made in USA-Engineering by Paul Jones):

- 5 inches long, speed range 7.500, 1.500 and 30.000 RPM, motor johnson electric DLG 651 120V ac or dc, spindle bore 1/8", .001-.0005" TIR.

- 43mm adapter for Kress mount. So you can intall router spindle in same mount that Kress.

- Included: everything you get in the picture.

PRICE: $130 ($20 Shipping cost for USA and $15 for Europe). If you need a 220-230V transformer, plus $20.

2) Six Bearing Bloks

Size Bearing: .875ODx.3125IDx.343
Block: .5x1.25x2

PRICE: $60 ($15 Shipping cost for USA and $10 for Europe)

Is the cutting bits secured by a collet or a set screw from the side?

Mike,

screw from the side, no collet.

The spindle bore is usually within .001"-.0005" TIR.

The spindle bore is .1253", nominally 1/8", and will take all .1250" circuit board drills and Dremel accessories. The setscrew to hold the bit in is a 4-40 x 1/8". It takes a .050" Allen wrench.
