rubber bumper and inlays

I have a friend of mine building me a cue and I was curious if someone out there can pre fab a 8 ball inlay to go into the cue towards the butt also could someone engrave a 9 ball rack with balls into the bottom of a rubber bumper one more question he is looking for a inlay machine but doesn't want to pay a ton of money. Please let me know what you can do if anything Thanx a ton.

inlay machines are expensive, the cheapest way to go is a Panto, but you would have to have someone make the templates your talking about.

your local trophy shop can do the bumper for you and prathers could probably do the 8 ball this would be cheaper and faster than waiting on your friend to buy a inlay machine.

My dad is a professional inlay artist and could certainly do your 8ball for you. He does guitar stuff but is open to anything. Not sure what he charges but you can contact him through his website with any questions.
